There are more rib recipes than pigs in the midwest, and if you’ve looked for recipes before, then you know there is a common
3-2-1 method out there. I find the 3-2-1 a bit much for Baby Back Ribs, so after years of experimentation, this is my favorite recipe, perhaps variation on the 3-2-1. It’s more like 2-2-.5 and has some flavor tweaks.
